Subsidiaries of 4K Automotive Group Pty Ltd (4K Automotive Group), via a business sale and purchase agreement, propose to acquire the following from Kumar Motors (Bankstown) Pty Limited (part of the wider Peninsula Motor Group): 4K Central Pty Ltd proposes to acquire substantially all of the assets of the GAC, Suzuki, Isuzu UTE, MG, Hyundai, Kia and Holden motor vehicle dealerships located in Condell Park, NSW (together, the Target dealerships). 4K Commercial Group Pty Ltd proposes to acquire the Hyundai Trucks Australia and Peninsula Hyundai Trucks businesses. 4K Automotive Group is an Australian automotive retail group operating 10 motor vehicle dealerships across seven different locations in NSW (the 4K Dealerships). The 4K Dealerships are authorised dealers of Toyota, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Geely, Volkswagen and Lexus and supply new and used vehicles, vehicle servicing, repairs and spare parts. The Target dealerships supply new and used vehicles, vehicle servicing, repairs and spare parts. Hyundai Trucks Australia imports and wholesale supplies new Hyundai internal combustion engine (ICE) trucks. The Peninsula Hyundai Trucks business supplies new Hyundai ICE trucks on a retail basis, as well as vehicle servicing, repairs and spare parts. Both 4K Automotive Group and the Target dealerships overlap in the supply of new and used vehicles, vehicle servicing, repairs and spare parts, in southwest Sydney, NSW.
