MaintainX supplies computerised maintenance management and enterprise asset management software, complementing Autodesk's design and management tools with asset lifecycle capabilities.
Autodesk, Inc. ( Autodesk ) proposes to acquire 100% of the share capital in MaintainX, Inc. ( MaintainX ). Autodesk is a software company which supplies software products in the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, media, and entertainment industries. Autodesk’s core products include Revit, Fusion and AutoCAD, which allow for computer-aided design, drafting and management. MaintainX is a software company which supplies a computerised maintenance management system that assists companies to manage the day-to-day work of maintaining physical assets. MaintainX’s platform includes enterprise asset management software, which enables the management, tracking and organisation of assets across their entire lifecycle.
The ACCC has prepared a questionnaire on the Acquisition. Submissions or information in response to the questionnaire should be provided by 26 June 2026 via email to mergers@accc.gov.au with the title Submission re: Autodesk - MaintainX . The ACCC’s ability to give detailed consideration to submissions received after this time may be limited.
