Talon.One is a software company offering a promotion, loyalty and incentive management platform via a software-as-a-service model. This share acquisition will give Adyen sole control.

Adyen is active in the supply of a global payments platform that enables businesses to accept and process payments across online, mobile, and instore channels, and offers related products and services. Talon.One GmbH ( Talon.One) is a software company headquartered in Berlin, Germany Talon.One is active in the supply of a promotion, loyalty and incentive management platform through a 'software as a service' (SaaS) model. Adyen proposes to acquire 100% of the issued shares in Talon.One from its existing shareholders. Upon completion, Adyen will acquire sole control over Talon.One and its three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Talon.One Inc. (United States), Talon.One UK Ltd. (United Kingdom) and Talon.One SG Pte Ltd. (Singapore).
