Brookfield Corporation, a global investment firm, through Aurora Aus Bidco Pty Ltd, is acquiring 100% of the issued shares in Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited. RWC is an Australian publicly listed company specialising in designing, manufacturing, and supplying plumbing and heating products and solutions.
The transaction concerns the acquisition by Brookfield Corporation (together with funds managed and/or advised by Brookfield Corporation and/or its affiliates, Brookfield ) through Aurora Aus Bidco Pty Ltd ( Bidco ) of 100% of the issued shares in Reliance Worldwide Corporation Limited ( RWC ) (the Acquisition ). Bidco is a special purpose vehicle established by Brookfield for the purpose of the Acquisition. Brookfield is a global investment firm that deploys capital globally for investors across its core businesses, including its asset management business and its operating businesses. Brookfield is a public company, co-listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). RWC is an Australian publicly listed company (ASX: RWC) which designs, manufactures and supplies plumbing and heating products and solutions for residential and commercial projects. Established in Brisbane, RWC supplies its products globally and specialises in valves, fittings, connectors and water management technologies. RWC’s portfolio includes several brands, such as SharkBite, John Guest, Holman, TubeFit and others.
