LTM UK & Ireland Limited, a global technology consulting firm, is acquiring 100% of shares in Australian IT consulting business FinXL Professional Services Pty Ltd from Randstad Digital Holdings Pty Ltd. FinXL provides technology solutions and IT consulting services, previously part of global talent company Randstad.
LTM UK & Ireland Limited ( LTM ) proposes to acquire Randstad’s technology and consulting business in Europe and Australia, pursuant to a share agreement (the Acquisition). The Acquisition of Randstad’s technology and consulting business in Australia involves acquiring 100% of the shares in FinXL Professional Services Pty Ltd ( FinXL ) from Randstad Digital Holdings Pty Ltd ( Randstad Digital ). The acquirer, LTM, is a foreign company registered under the laws of England & Wales. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of LTM Limited. LTM Limited is a public company listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. LTM is a global technology consulting and information technology services business. It provides a range of professional services across application management, cognitive infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, enterprise applications, business AI, transformation, and internet of things. Randstad is a leading global talent company in the HR and recruitment services industry. Randstad also operates a technology and consulting business, which provides technology solutions and IT consulting services. Randstad provides these services in Australia through Randstad Digital’s Australian entity, FinXL. FinXL provides technology solutions and IT consulting services in Australia and has a particular focus on data analytics, AI solutions, cloud and infrastructure, and digital and product engineering.
