Holdings Limited, proposes to acquire substantially all assets of Brisbane's Stock Exchange Hotel, a licensed pub business, from Stock Ex Brisbane Pty Ltd as trustee for the Stock Ex Brisbane Unit Trust. AVC Operations Pty Limited ( AVC ) proposes to acquire substantially all of the assets of the licensed hotel business trading as the Stock Exchange Hotel ( Stock Exchange Hotel ) from Stock Ex Brisbane Pty Ltd as trustee for the Stock Ex Brisbane Unit Trust, including the exclusive right to carry on the business in succession of the vendor, under an Asset Sale Agreement (the Acquisition ). AVC is a subsidiary of Australian Venue Co. Holdings Limited which operates over 200 licensed venues throughout Australia and New Zealand, primarily pubs, as well as some bars, clubs and licensed restaurants. AVC's venues are individually branded and are mostly located in inner-city and metropolitan areas, offering a range of products and services including food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, function rooms, live entertainment and gaming facilities. Numerous AVC venues also offer accommodation services. Stock Exchange Hotel is a licensed hotel venue located at 166 Charlotte Street, Brisbane City, QLD 4000. The venue is a typical Australian pub/hotel with a public bar, rooftop, bistro, restaurant, and function spaces.
