PT Asian Bulk Logistics, through its Australian subsidiary, Global Engage Marine Pty Ltd, proposes to acquire 100% of the issued share capital in Engage Marine TopCo Pty Ltd (Engage Marine). Engage Marine provides terminal and harbour towage including the berthing and sailing of Cape-size, Panamax, and Handy-size vessels. Engage Marine also provides ad-hoc towage emergency response solutions in salvage situations. The main industry Engage Marine operates in is marine services (towage and port services). PT Asian Bulk Logistics is an integrated logistics and infrastructure group supplying bulk logistics services, port services and marine services. It primarily operates in Indonesia. Through one of its subsidiaries, Transhipment Services Australia, PT Asian Bulk Logistics operates a port-specific towage fleet supporting transhipment and logistics operations. PT Asian Bulk Logistics operates two additional subsidiary companies in Australia – One Rail Australia and SCF Containers.
