Zijin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zijin Mining invests and manages the exploration and mining of mineral resources. Norton Gold Fields Pty Ltd ( Norton ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zijin Gold International Company Limited (a company under control of Zijin Mining), is a gold producer with mining and processing operations in Western Australia. Norton has a number of owned and controlled Australian entities, including Paddington Gold Pty Limited. The Norton Group is one of Australia's largest domestic gold producers with mining and processing complexes located in Western Australia's Kalgoorlie gold region. Chifeng is a gold mining company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Chifeng owns 7 operating mines and a resources recycling company in China, Southeast Asia and West Africa. Chifeng’s main product is gold, and it also produces copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum and rare earths. Chifeng exports gold doré to customers in Australia but does not have any operating mines, assets or subsidiaries in Australia.
