Coles also has a property development arm, Coles Group Property Developments Ltd ( CGPD ), that buys land and constructs shopping centres, standalone supermarkets and / or liquor outlets and then sells these completed sites to third party buyers. JD 156 Jonson Street Pty Ltd ( Lessor ) is an Australian private mixed-use development company focused on developing retail and residential developments in the Northern Rivers region in New South Wales. CSA has signed a letter of offer ( LOO ) with the Lessor, which is intended to facilitate Coles acquiring a leasehold interest in a single lot within a new mixed-use development at 148-158 Jonson Street, Byron Bay NSW 2481 for the purposes of a Coles supermarket (the Acquisition ). The mixed-use centre will feature Coles as an anchor supermarket, specialty retail, wellness and residential apartments.
