Signant does not have a physical presence in Australia but provides electronic clinical outcome assessments ( eCOA ), clinical trial randomisation and supply management ( RTSM ) services, and supplementary clinical trial professional services. Signant supplies these services to both contract research organisations ( CROs ) and directly to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Ametris (formerly ActiGraph) is a US-based provider of digital health technology ( DHT ) for clinical trials, specialising in wearables – in particular, wrist-worn wearables and other sensors – which track biovitals and other digital endpoints for patients participating in clinical trials. Ametris does not have a physical presence in Australia but supplies its DHT products in Australia for non-commercial academic research.
