Belgian investment company Verlinvest SA, through a new French entity, is acquiring up to 60% of the shares in Tukazza ! SAS, the holding company of HomeExchange. HomeExchange is a global private accommodation online travel agency, facilitating home exchanges for holidays and travel.
Verlinvest SA ( Verlinvest ), a Belgian société anonyme and investment company, intends to acquire up to approximately 60% of the shares of Tukazza ! SAS ( Tukazza ) – the holding company of the HomeExchange group ( HomeExchange ) – from its existing shareholders, through a new French company to be established by Verlinvest, a société par actions simplifiée ( Newco ) (the Acquisition ). Newco is a legal entity, that will be incorporated by Verlinvest for the purposes of the Acquisition. The founders and certain existing shareholders will reinvest in Newco to indirectly retain the remaining shares in Tukazza alongside Verlinvest.
