CRH Americas Products and Oldcastle Infrastructure, both owned by CRH Plc, are acquiring 100% of the partnership interests in Axius Water Parent LP. Axius Water is a US-based supplier of nutrient removal solutions for wastewater treatment. CRH Plc has Australian interests in precast concrete infrastructure products and water filtration.
CRH Americas Products, Inc., ( CRH Americas ) and Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. ( Oldcastle ) propose to acquire 100% of the partnership interests and voting rights in Axius Water Parent LP ( Axius Water ) (the Acquisition ). The Acquisition will result in CRH Americas and Oldcastle having sole control of Axius Water. CRH Americas is a Delaware-incorporated intermediate holding company. It does not directly manufacture or supply goods or services. Oldcastle is a US-based supplier of engineered concrete products related to water, communications, energy and transportation infrastructure with a focus on sustainability. Oldcastle has no presence in Australia. CRH Americas and Oldcastle are owned by CRH Plc ( CRH ), a global supplier of building materials and infrastructure products headquartered in Ireland and listed on the New York Stock Exchange. CRH has various interests in Australia, including CTC Precast Pty Ltd ( Civilmart ). Civilmart supplies precast concrete infrastructure products, including stormwater and drainage components, stormwater quality improvement devices, sewer chambers and pump stations, and domestic aerated wastewater treatment systems. Hydro International is a CRH subsidiary that supplies water filtration products globally. Hydro International supplies a very small volume of sludge screens, and stormwater separators and filters, which are used in primary treatment of wastewater, into Australia via direct supply channels. Axius Water is a US based supplier of nutrient removal solutions for municipal and industrial wastewater and water treatment processes via a portfolio of brands (Aero-Mod, atac, EDI, Eosi, MITAwt, Napier-Reid, Nexom and triplepoint). Axius Water is currently majority-owned by investment funds, vehicles and/or accounts advised and managed by various subsidiaries of KKR & Co. Inc.
