DP World Global Forwarding is a 100% owned subsidiary of DP World Logistics Oceania (Holding) Pty Ltd, which is ultimately controlled by DP World Limited, a United Arab Emirates entity. DP World Australia Limited ( DP World Australia ) is a connected entity of DP World Global Forwarding and operates container terminals and provides container stevedoring services at each of the Ports of Melbourne, Botany (Sydney), Brisbane and Fremantle. Pure Global Logistics is an Australian freight forwarding business specialising in air and sea transportation and customs clearance, primarily for fashion and discount retailers in Australia. Both DP World Global Forwarding and Pure Global Logistics supply international freight forwarding services to Australian customers (mostly to customers importing, rather than exporting, goods).
