Blackstone Inc., a global alternative asset manager, is acquiring over 20% equity in Acacium Group Limited, a global health care and life science delivery partner. This debt-for-equity swap converts existing debt interests into an equity stake in the health and social care staffing and life sciences provider.
Funds advised and/or managed by affiliates of Blackstone Inc. ( Blackstone ) are proposing to acquire more than 20% of the equity in Acacium Group Limited ( Acacium Group ) pursuant to a debt-for-equity swap (the Acquisition ). Under the Acquisition, investment funds, vehicles and/or accounts advised and managed by Blackstone will convert a portion of their existing debt interest in Acacium Group into an equity interest. Blackstone is a global alternative asset manager. It is headquartered in the United States and has offices in Europe and Asia. Blackstone is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and operates as an investment management firm. The Acacium Group is a global health care and life science delivery partner. Its principal activities are the provision of workforce solutions and managed services across health and social care staffing, health and social care managed services and life sciences.
