Coles – supermarket site in Minto, NSW

Supermarket and Grocery Stores

Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd is acquiring a leasehold interest in Minto Mall, Minto, NSW, from Minto Marketplace Pty Limited. This transaction in the supermarket and retail property sector will facilitate a new Coles supermarket, anticipated to open on 1 March 2028, within the shopping centre currently anchored by Woolworths.

Uber - Blacklane

Taxi and Other Road Transport

Uber Technologies, Inc. proposes to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Blacklane GmbH via a share purchase. US-based ride-hailing and food delivery provider Uber is acquiring German-headquartered luxury chauffeur service Blacklane. This expands Uber's premium transport offering, targeting corporate executives and high net-worth individuals.

Coles – supermarket site in Lidcombe (NSW)

Supermarket and Grocery Stores

Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Coles Group Limited, has signed a letter of offer for a proposed lease. This involves a new Coles supermarket to be constructed by Builtcom Properties 11 Pty Ltd within a mixed-use development in Lidcombe, NSW, expanding Coles' supermarket and grocery footprint.

Premier Fresh – Domenico Group

Vegetable Growing (Outdoors) | Fruit and Vegetable Processing | Fruit and Vegetable Wholesaling | Non-Residential Property Operators

Fresh vegetable wholesaler Premier Fresh Australia proposes to acquire the Domenico Group, a Queensland-based grower and processer of fresh and frozen vegetables. The acquisition includes 100% of shares in North Queensland IQF Pty Ltd and Double D Produce Pty Ltd, plus associated land and farmland leases.

ANZ Banking Group - Worldline Australia

Other Auxiliary Finance and Investment Services

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited proposes to acquire Worldline SA's 51% interest in their joint venture, Worldline Australia Pty Ltd, trading as ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions. This share sale will result in the acquirer wholly owning the merchant acquiring and payment solutions provider for business customers.

ANZ, CBA, NAB and Westpac – shares in joint venture and interests in Joint Cash Pool

Banking

ANZ, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, National Australia Bank, and Westpac are establishing a joint venture. Each will acquire a 25% shareholding in a new operating entity and a 25% interest in a joint cash pool. This banking sector transaction will manage wholesale and commercial cash distribution, following Westpac ceasing its sole supplier role.

RDO Australia – freehold land and buildings of three commercial truck dealership sites in West Wodonga VIC

RDO Australia Property Holdings No 2 Pty Ltd acquired 100% of the freehold land and buildings of three commercial truck dealership sites in West Wodonga, Victoria, from CD & JB Investments Pty Ltd. Ampol – Freehold land acquisition in Chelsea Heights, Victoria

3M and funds managed and/or advised by Bain Capital - Madison Fire & Rescue

3M Company and funds managed and/or advised by Bain Capital Investors, LLC are forming a new limited partnership. This joint venture will acquire Madison Safety & Flow Holdings LLC, a first responder equipment manufacturer, and 3M's self-contained breathing apparatus business. 3M will hold 50.1% and Bain Capital 49.9%.

Vets Central - Claremont Veterinary Surgery

Vets Central Holdings Pty Ltd acquired 100% of the business assets of Claremont Veterinary Surgery from D Pettet & E.E Pettet. This asset sale expands Vets Central's veterinary services network, which includes 81 practices across Australia and New Zealand, into the Claremont area of Tasmania.

KfW – KNDS N.V.

Other Specialised Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing

Germany's state-owned Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau, acting for the Federal Government, acquired a minority shareholding of up to 40% in Franco-German land defence company KNDS N.V. from Wegmann & Co. GmbH. KNDS manufactures military vehicles, artillery, and tanks. This was a share sale.

Grant Thornton Advisors - Grant Thornton Australia

Turbo Fast Track Buyer Pty Ltd proposes to acquire up to 100% of Grant Thornton Australia Limited's issued share capital via a scheme of arrangement. The acquirer is ultimately owned by an investor group led by New Mountain Capital LLC and individual Grant Thornton partners, and is connected to other global Grant Thornton entities. Grant Thornton Australia is a leading Australian professional services firm.

BUSS Queensland – Additional interest in Duxton Vineyards

BUSSQ Super, a Queensland building industry superannuation fund, through its pooled superannuation trust, is increasing its shareholding in Duxton Vineyards Pty Ltd from 59% to 84%. This share acquisition involves an issue of new shares in the integrated wine enterprise, located in the Mildura & Sunraysia region of New South Wales.

Apollo Capital Management – Questex Holdings Group

INPEX – minority interests in Beetaloo development projects

INPEX Corporation, via subsidiaries, completed a farm-in agreement with Daly Waters Energy LP, acquiring minority interests in the Beetaloo Central Development and First Strategic Development Area projects. This establishes an unincorporated joint venture with Daly Waters Energy and Tamboran Resources Corporation for oil and gas exploration and appraisal.

Ochre Health - Airlie Women's Clinic, VIC

Genesis Capital-backed Ochre Health proposes to acquire Airlie Women’s Clinic, a family medical practice with three clinics in southeastern Melbourne. The deal involves Ochre Health Pty Limited acquiring all shares in Airlie Women’s Clinic Pty Ltd and Ochre Group Commercial Property Pty Ltd acquiring the land for two clinics.

Quanta - PSD

Adyen - Talon.One

Barro Group - BQC Quarries and Burdekin Concrete

Barro Group Pty Ltd, via a subsidiary, acquired by asset purchase the quarry and concrete business and assets of the BQC Quarries partnership and Burdekin Concrete Pty Ltd. This Northern Queensland transaction involves hard rock and sand quarrying and ready-mix concrete manufacturing. The acquisition was approved.
