Peter Warren - Wakeling Automotive
Peter Warren Automotive Holdings proposes to acquire Wakeling Automotive Group, comprising 100% of shares in Paul Wakeling Motor Group and Wollongong City Motors, plus assets of Hurrikayne Pty Ltd. This automotive retail transaction involves Peter Warren acquiring 30 new and used car dealerships in New South Wales, expanding its existing operations.
Salesforce - Contentful
Salesforce, Inc. proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in Contentful Global, Inc. Salesforce is a global supplier of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. Contentful supplies digital experience software, specifically a content management system (CMS) and 'headless' CMS products.
Siemens Mobility - MerMec
Siemens Mobility Holding B.V., a Siemens Aktiengesellschaft subsidiary, proposes to acquire 100% of the share capital in MerMec S.p.A. This share acquisition unites two rail industry players, both active in Australia, specialising in rail infrastructure and rolling stock diagnostics, signalling systems, and related software.
Energy Bay - certain assets required to operate embedded networks for Centuria Capital Group members
Energy Bay Kappa Fund proposes to acquire energy infrastructure assets and exclusive rights to operate existing embedded networks at 45 sites, and install/operate at 194 further sites, from Centuria Capital Group subsidiaries. This asset sale involves distributed energy infrastructure and embedded networks at commercial and industrial properties across Australia.
Origin – Climatech Zero
Origin Energy Limited, via its subsidiary Origin Zero Investments Pty Ltd, proposes to increase its interest in Climatech Zero Pty Ltd to 100%. Climatech Zero provides energy efficiency engineering and project delivery services to large commercial and industrial businesses. This share acquisition aligns with Origin Zero's energy sales and solutions for the same market.
Coles - Paydock
Coles Group Limited, via its subsidiary Retail Payment Solutions Pty Ltd, proposes to acquire the business assets of Paydock. This asset acquisition sees major retailer Coles, a payment acquirer, expand its retail payment solutions with Paydock's payment orchestration platform business.
Motorola Solutions - D-Fend Solutions
Motorola Solutions, a supplier of mission-critical communications and security solutions, proposes to acquire all shares of Israel-based D-Fend Solutions AD Ltd. D-Fend Solutions specialises in counter-unmanned aircraft system (C-UAS) technology, detecting and mitigating unauthorised drones for public safety and critical infrastructure.
Analogic - Leidos SES business
A proposed joint venture will combine Analogic Corporation, controlled by Altaris Partners LLC affiliates, with Leidos, Inc.'s Security Enterprise Solutions and Industrial and General Automation businesses. This transaction in aviation security and advanced imaging will create a merged entity co-owned by Altaris and Leidos affiliates.

Endeavour Group - retail liquor site in Avalon, NSW
Endeavour Group Limited acquired a leasehold interest for a new Dan Murphy's retail liquor store in Avalon, NSW. The approximately 340 square metre site was acquired from Avalon DM Pty Ltd, a special purpose vehicle. Endeavour Group operates BWS, Dan Murphy's, and ALH Hotels.
Accenture – Whalar Agency
Accenture Inc., a subsidiary of Accenture plc, will acquire 100% of the shares in Whalar Agency, a global creator and social media tech-enabled service business. This transaction sees the professional services company expand its customer-led growth and marketing capabilities with Whalar Agency's influencer marketing services and AI-enabled technology.

Telstra – indefeasible rights over dark fibre on Tabua, Proa and Bulikula subsea cables
Telstra Group Limited subsidiaries are acquiring indefeasible rights of use over dark fibre on the Tabua, Proa, and Bulikula subsea cables. This asset acquisition, from Google LLC subsidiaries Manta Ray Solutions and Perch Infrastructure, enhances Telstra's international telecommunications services by enabling activation and resale of capacity.

Complete Air Supply - All Air
Complete Air Supply Pty Ltd, part of the Beijer Group, has acquired the business and assets of All Air Duct & Fittings Pty Ltd. This asset acquisition consolidates operations within the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. Both companies supply HVAC ductware and fittings to installers in Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Adbri - Eureka Concrete
Adbri Pty Ltd will acquire the ready-mix concrete and sand quarry business of Eureka Concrete (Holdings) Pty Ltd. This asset acquisition includes Eureka's operations, quarry assets, and employees in the Ballarat region. Adbri, a national supplier of cement, ready-mix concrete, and aggregates, expands its Victorian presence.
Oscars Group – South Terrace Hotel in Bankstown, NSW
Oscars Group, via Bankstown Central Property Pty Ltd and Oscars NSW Ops Pty Ltd, acquired the South Terrace Hotel in Bankstown, NSW. This asset acquisition from MAHF Custodian Pty Ltd and Redcape Hotel Group Pty Ltd, including freehold land, buildings, licenses, and business assets, expands Oscars Group's entertainment portfolio.

Mitsui & Co., Ltd, via SPC Blue Pty Ltd, is acquiring a 15% interest in the Rhodes Ridge Joint Venture.
