Coles – supermarket site in Coffs Harbour (NSW)
Coles Group Limited proposes a lease with H.A. Bachrach (Nom) Pty Ltd (part of Bachrach Naumburger Group) for a new Coles supermarket development at Park Beach Plaza, Coffs Harbour, NSW. The site was previously a Ritchies IGA Supermarket, with the new store opening September 2027.
Endeavour Group - retail liquor site in Avalon, NSW
Endeavour Group Limited proposes to acquire a leasehold interest for a 340 square metre retail liquor site in Avalon, NSW. This asset acquisition from Avalon DM Pty Ltd will establish a new Dan Murphy's store. Endeavour Group operates retail liquor stores and licensed hotel venues across Australia.
Regis Resources - Vault Minerals
Australian gold producers Regis Resources Limited and Vault Minerals Limited are merging via a scheme of arrangement. Regis will acquire 100% of Vault's shares. Post-merger, Regis shareholders will own 51% and Vault shareholders 49% of the combined entity. Both operate gold mines in Western Australia.
Genea - Care Fertility Greenslopes
Genea Pty Ltd, an IVF and fertility business operating nationally, proposes to acquire Care Fertility Greenslopes Pty Ltd. This acquisition includes the Greenslopes, Queensland-based gynaecology, IVF and fertility business, an associated trust, and intellectual property.
Autodesk - MaintainX
Autodesk, Inc., a software company specialising in design and management software for industries like architecture and manufacturing, proposes to acquire 100% of the share capital in MaintainX, Inc. MaintainX is a software company providing computerised maintenance and enterprise asset management systems for physical assets.
Discovery Holiday Parks – four Breeze Holiday Parks
Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Limited and Beston Parks Land Co Pty Ltd are acquiring the business, assets, and real estate of four Breeze Holiday Parks. Vendors are Katherine Park Holding Pty Ltd, Katherine Park Pty Ltd, and Frank Davies Investments Pty Ltd. This asset sale expands the acquirers' holiday park accommodation offerings across Victoria, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory.
Bertelsmann Music Group - Concord
Bertelsmann Music Group and Concord are merging their music publishing and recording businesses. Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA and Axton Holdings, LLC will contribute their respective operations to a new holding company, New MusicCo. This transaction combines two significant players in the global music industry, both active in Australia.
Adbri - Eureka Concrete
Adbri Pty Ltd proposes to acquire the ready-mix concrete and quarry products business of Eureka Concrete (Holdings) Pty Ltd. This asset acquisition includes Eureka's operations, concrete batch plants, and a sand quarry in regional Victoria. Adbri is a national supplier of cement, ready-mix concrete, and aggregates.
Complete Air Supply - All Air
Complete Air Supply Pty Ltd, part of the Beijer Group, proposes to acquire 100% of the business and assets of All Air Duct & Fittings Pty Ltd. Both companies operate in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry, supplying ductware and fittings to installers in Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Calvary - Hobart Private Hospital
Little Company of Mary Health Care Ltd (Calvary) proposes to acquire the business and assets of Hobart Private Hospital from Healthscope. This asset sale in the healthcare sector is part of an orderly sale of Healthscope's hospitals, following its parent entities entering voluntary administration. Calvary is a not-for-profit hospital operator.

The Carlyle Group Inc., through Crystal Holdings Korea Co., Ltd., will acquire sole control of CHN Group from its current owners. CHN Group is a South Korean manufacturer and supplier of home appliances, specialising in water purifiers and filters. This transaction is structured as an acquisition of sole control.

Henkel – Olaplex
Henkel AG & Co. KGaA will acquire Olaplex Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries from Advent International, L.P. and other minority shareholders. This share acquisition combines Henkel's broad hair care and styling product portfolio, including Schwarzkopf, with Olaplex's premium hair products supplied to online, specialty retailers and professionals in Australia.
Bingo Industries - JLW Services
BINGO Acquisitions Pty Ltd, trading as BINGO Industries, is acquiring the assets and business of JLW Services Pty Ltd. This transaction combines BINGO's recycling and waste management operations with JLW's specialised end-of-life tyre and mattress recycling, on-site shredding, and mine site clean-up services across regional Australia.

American Industrial Partners – Honeywell’s Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business
American Industrial Partners proposes to acquire all outstanding equity interests in Honeywell International, Inc.'s Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business. This transaction sees the private equity firm acquiring a provider of material handling and warehouse automation solutions.

MA Financial Group's Redcape Hotel Group Pty Ltd acquired The Arthouse Hotel from Alsimas Pty Limited. This asset sale includes the lease, six gaming machine licences, goodwill, and business assets of the Sydney CBD community pub. Redcape Fund expands its portfolio of 37 pubs across NSW, Queensland, and Victoria.

River Capital, through RC Bite Bid Co Pty Ltd, proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in YOMG OpCo, Leaseholder Companies, and YOMG IP Co. Private investment firm River Capital, owner of The Cheesecake Shop, is acquiring The Yo My Company Pty Ltd, operator of 15 YOMG quick-service restaurants in Victoria and Queensland.

Hexagon AB, via Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence LLC, is acquiring the Waygate business and assets from Baker Hughes Company. This asset acquisition unites two non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions providers. Hexagon offers NDT software; Waygate specialises in integrated NDT hardware, software, and services.

Metcash - Foodland Flagstaff Hill, South Australia
Metcash Limited, via its subsidiary Action Supermarkets Pty Ltd, is acquiring the business and assets of ZH Supermarket Pty Ltd, trading as Foodland Flagstaff Hill. This involves the ASX-listed food, liquor, and hardware wholesaler acquiring an independent supermarket in South Australia, which is also a Metcash wholesale customer.

This unit-based transaction involves Waterworks Education Group Pty Ltd and Polar 993 Limited.

Ares Management, via Bolt S.p.A., will acquire joint control of Eni Plenitude S.p.A. Società Benefit from Eni S.p.A. through a share purchase and capital increase. Plenitude is an integrated energy transition company with Australian utility-scale solar assets in the Northern Territory. Ares has Australian wind development interests.

A consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management, including UniSuper, Pontegadea, Temasek, GIC, CalPERS, and National Pension Service, is acquiring 100% of Qube Holdings Limited. This share acquisition via scheme of arrangement involves Qube, an integrated provider of import and export logistics services and infrastructure.
Zurich - Beazley
Zurich Insurance Group Ltd has received approval to acquire all shares in UK-based global specialty insurer Beazley plc. The share sale creates competitive overlap in Australian insurance products, including Cyber, Marine, SME, and Professional Liability.
OMERS Apollo Investment Holdings LLC, which owns Integris, LLC, proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in Australian and New Zealand IT managed service provider First Focus IT Pty Ltd. Integris is also an IT managed service provider for mid-sized businesses. This transaction expands Integris's reach into the ANZ market.
Banijay Entertainment – All3Media
Banijay Group and RedBird IMI combined their audiovisual content production and distribution businesses, including RedBird's All3Media, into a newly incorporated company. Banijay Group will hold 50% of the new entity's share capital and voting rights, with sole control. Both parties have Australian operations.
International Parking Group – car park at St John of God Murdoch Hospital
International Parking Group acquired a long-term lease for a new 1,128-bay multi-deck and 892 at-grade car parking facility at St John of God Murdoch Hospital. This asset acquisition expands International Parking Group's hospital car park infrastructure portfolio in Western Australia.

Life Without Barriers – Mallacoota District Health & Support Service
National social services charity Life Without Barriers acquired Mallacoota District Health & Support Services Inc. via a Merger Implementation Deed. Life Without Barriers' nominees became the sole members of the East Gippsland-based charity, expanding its aged care, disability, and community services in Victoria.

Private equity-backed Smile Partners Australia Pty Ltd acquired 100% of the assets of Shrika Pty Ltd as trustee for Shrika (trading as Mehta Orthodontics). This transaction integrates an independent orthodontic practice in Bella Vista, Sydney, into Smile Partners' national network of clinics.
Stonepeak – Castrol
BP's global lubricants business, Castrol Group Holdings Limited, was acquired by Stonepeak Partners LP via a 100% share sale. BP reinvested, taking a 35% share in Stonepeak's Motion JVCo Limited, with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board also investing indirectly.
