Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd has signed a letter of offer in respect of a proposed lease of a Coles supermarket to be constructed within a new mixed-use development at 5 Olympic Drive & 14- 24 Childs Street, Lidcombe NSW (the Acquisition). The proposed Coles supermarket is anticipated to open in January 2030.
