Enverus is a global Software-as-a-Service and data provider to the energy industry. Founded in 1999, and headquartered in Austin, Texas, Enverus offers a platform that integrates analytics, supply chain management, and commercial intelligence tools for oil and gas, power, utilities and renewable energy customers. Enverus is controlled by funds advised and/or managed by affiliates of Blackstone, Inc. Spatial Business Systems is a global business headquartered in Littleton, Colorado in the United States. Spatial Business Systems supplies design software for utilities and critical network infrastructure assets to customers across electric and gas utilities, engineering and construction firms and broadband infrastructure operators. Spatial Business Systems’ software solutions are designed to automate and streamline engineering and design workflows, integrate spatial and design data and improve design effectiveness. In Australia, Spatial Business Systems provides distribution design and substation services to customers.
