Warburg Pincus has more than US$100 billion in assets under management, and more than 215 companies in its active portfolio, diversified across stages, sectors, and geographies. In Australia, Warburg Pincus’ portfolio companies are primarily active in the software, financial services and real estate sectors. CCH, through its subsidiary, Creditor Watch Pty Ltd, operates the CreditorWatch business, a commercial credit reporting bureau and end-to-end credit risk management platform serving Australian businesses. CreditorWatch has three core product offerings: (i) Onboard, which provides automated customer onboarding and identity verification; (ii) Manage, which provides commercial credit reports and customer risk monitoring; and (iii) Collect, which provides a portal for prioritising and managing the collection of invoices.
