AVC Operations Pty Limited, a subsidiary of Australian Venue Co. Holdings Limited, is to acquire substantially all assets of the licensed hotel business, Courthouse Hotel, Newtown, NSW. The asset acquisition is from Flotto Holdings Pty. Ltd. as trustee for Milton Trust and Austlen Pty Limited as trustee for The Courthouse Trust, in the pubs and bars sector.
AVC Operations Pty Ltd ( AVC ) proposes to acquire substantially all the assets of the licensed hotel business trading as the Courthouse Hotel (including the exclusive right to carry on the business in succession of the vendors and the benefit of the lease) from Flotto Holdings Pty. Ltd. as trustee for Milton Trust and Austlen Pty Limited as trustee for The Courthouse Trust (the Acquisition ). AVC is a subsidiary of Australian Venue Co. Holdings Limited which operates over 200 licensed venues throughout Australia and New Zealand, primarily pubs, as well as some bars, clubs and licensed restaurants. AVC's venues are individually branded and are mostly located in inner-city and metro areas, offering a range of products and services including food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, function rooms, live entertainment and gaming facilities. Courthouse Hotel is a licensed hotel with an outdoor courtyard, located at 202 Australia Street, Newtown, NSW.
