Once developed, Princeton Digital Group Australia intends to supply data centre facilities and associated infrastructure to tenants in Australia. The land is currently vacant and contains no existing fixtures, structures or buildings. The land will be acquired by way of a land title transfer from MH Property to Princeton Digital Group Australia . Princeton Digital Group Australia is an indirectly wholly owned subsidiary of Princeton Digital Group Limited ( Princeton Digital Group ), a Singapore headquartered group which operates a data centre business across more than 20 data centres in seven countries – Singapore, Japan, China, Indonesia, India, Malaysia and South Korea. Princeton Digital Group does not currently own or operate any data centre assets in Australia. MH Property is an Australian property developer which owns land in New South Wales.
