IOR Pty Ltd (IOR), trading as IOR Petroleum, is an Australian-based supplier of fuel and integrated fuel solutions across Australia. Delta Specialised Energy Pty Ltd (Delta), is an Australian-based distributor of diesel, AdBlue and renewable fuels. Both IOR and Delta supply diesel and AdBlue to industrial and commercial businesses in NSW. IOR will acquire 100% of the business assets of Delta in respect of its diesel, AdBlue and renewable fuels distribution businesses (including the associated plant and equipment and intellectual property) through a business sale agreement.
