Redwood Services Group Australia Pty Ltd ( Redwood ) proposes to acquire 100% of the shares in All IT Australia Pty Ltd ( All IT Australia ) from its existing shareholders Oblivious Pty Ltd, Calatt Pty Ltd, Spurbuck Investments Pty Ltd, and R & D Briggs Pty Ltd (the Acquisition ). Redwood’s subsidiaries supply managed IT services, including the provision of software and hardware, to small-to-medium businesses and enterprises across Australia. Redwood is part of Evergreen Services Group ( Evergreen ), which acquires managed IT service providers ( MSPs ) and other technology services companies globally. Evergreen is a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, a private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco, California. All IT Australia supplies managed IT services to small-to-medium businesses and enterprises.
