Redwood’s subsidiaries supply managed IT services, including the provision of software and hardware, to small-to-medium businesses and enterprises across Australia. Redwood is part of Evergreen Services Group ( Evergreen ), which acquires managed IT service providers ( MSPs ) and other technology services companies globally. Evergreen is a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, a private equity firm headquartered in San Francisco, California. Newtrend supplies managed IT services, including the provision of software and hardware, to small-to-medium businesses and enterprises.
