German public company Henkel, via its subsidiary Henkel Global Supply Chain B.V., is acquiring all shares in Netherlands-headquartered specialty coatings manufacturer Stahl Parent B.V. from Stahl Group S.A., indirectly controlled by Wendel S.E. The transaction expands Henkel's Adhesive Technologies business.

(together with subsidiaries, Stahl ) from Stahl Group S.A., which is indirectly controlled by affiliates of Wendel S.E. ( Wendel ).
